科研成果:
1. 博士論文階段參加“ 863 ”計劃與國家自然科學基金“復合氧化物納米材料的制備與性能”研究。制備最小尺寸達到 10nm 以下的復合氧化物鐵電納米材料,對材料的制備工藝、結構、物理化學性能進行研究。
2. 南京理工大學化工學院做博士后研究工作 , 承擔“六角晶系鐵氧體納米隱身材料的研究”。開發一種新型納米復合隱身材料。同時,發明了氧化物( TiO 2 )納米催化劑,用于高分子材料(雙馬萊酸)的聚合反應。使聚合反應溫度降低,使材料的耐熱性明顯增強。成果通過江蘇省科委的技術鑒定。
3. 清華大學材料系做博士后研究 , 作為骨干主要參加“高性能鈦酸鋇基 X7R MLCC 材料的研究” “ 863 ”計劃的課題。制備出高性能鈦酸鋇基 X7R MLCC 材料。已獲授權專利一項。制備出 X7R402 和 X7R502 兩種的片式電容。
4. 美國賓西法尼亞大學 ( 費城 ) 材料科學與工程系做博士后 , 提出無壓燒結技術(兩段法)成功制備出氧化釔納米陶瓷,開拓了制備納米陶瓷材料的全新方法。論文已在英國“ NATURE ”上發表( 2000 年 3 月)。
5. 高性能低溫燒結鐵氧體 片感材料 及元件:基于納米粉無壓燒結技術實現了 900 ℃ 低溫燒結,研制出 細晶高 磁導率 NiCuZn 鐵氧體片感材料 (磁導率大于1000 )及甚高頻應用的 Z 型平面六角鐵氧體材料。制備出大感量( 100 m H )片式電感及片式微型平面變壓器。獲授權發明專利中國三項,日本一項,美國兩項。
6. 新一代高性能低成本多層陶瓷電容器材料與關鍵技術(“863”重大項目):突破了新一代高性能賤金屬內電極多層陶瓷電容器(BME-MLCC)薄層化、微型化關鍵技術,化學方法制備納米BaTiO3通過精細調控陶瓷“芯-殼”結構和無壓燒結技術,研制出擁有自主知識產權的、性能指標達到國際領先水平的高性能(X7R和Y5V)BME-MLCC瓷料和軍用高介溫度穩定型MLCC材料。所研制的溫度穩定型X7R BME-MLCC系列瓷料具有細晶(200-300nm)、高介(ε³ 3000)等特征(已獲授權中國專利: ZL02131431.4 和美國專利US7022635B2);Y5V瓷料具有細晶、高介(ε³ 16000)等特征(中國專利:公開號 CA1461022A和CN 1404081A)。制備出超薄層(3-5微米)BME-MLCC器件,兩項成果通過國家教育部技術成果鑒定,達到國際領先水平。并已在風華、國騰公司及715廠實現成果轉化,取得顯著的社會和經濟效益。所研制成功的軍用高可靠性X7R(502)MLCC瓷料(ε~5000)(授權專利ZL98124799.7)已在軍工片式陶瓷電容器專業廠家成都715廠成功轉化,制備出大容量軍用片式電容器。
7. 信息功能納米 / 亞微米 晶 陶瓷的尺寸效應及控制原理(“ 973 ” 項目):無壓燒結制備出納米 / 亞微米 晶 功能陶瓷,研究了鐵電、鐵氧體等納米 / 亞微米 晶 陶瓷燒結機理和無晶粒生長的動力學臨界區域。系統研究了納米 / 亞微米晶 BaTiO 3 、 NiCuZn 鐵氧體、BiSCO3-PbTiO3等壓電陶瓷尺寸效應與結構和性能的變化規律。首次無壓燒結制備出 99.6% 的 8nm BaTiO 3 陶瓷,并實驗證明晶粒尺寸小到 8nm 依然保持鐵電性。
8. 通過電化學方法成功地在金屬鈦基底上成功制備出氧化鈦納米管陣列薄膜,納米管陣列面積大、均勻排列、管(孔)徑 10-100nm 、長度達到 22μm 。通過控制不同的退火溫度,得到 不 同晶型的氧化鈦單晶納米管。這種單晶納米管陣列薄膜具有優異的光催化性能和超親水性。并以TiO2為模板制備出單晶BaTiO3,PbTiO3等復合氧化物納米管。這些陣列結構獨特,具有很大的表面積,在催化、光電子、生物及太陽能電池等許多領域具有很多潛在的應用前景。

10月14日至15日,系黨委書記潘偉教授和系副主任林元華教授帶領15名師生,代表清華大學參加了在韓國首爾國立大學舉辦的第六屆中日韓清華大學-東京大學-首爾國立大學三校學生學術論壇。本次會議的主題為先進功能材料。大會上,潘偉教授代表清華大學致辭,王曉慧教授做了大會邀請報告。會議期間,三校學生就材料領域的相關研究進行了大量發言和討論。會議結束后,韓方還組織了三校學生參觀了首爾國立大學、韓國中央博物館、朝韓軍事分界線,通過本次交流和參觀,大家對韓國的科技、歷史和文化有了新的認識和了解。
